JEXWAY has established the Privacy Policy to properly manage and protect personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as Personal Information Protection Law).

JEXWAY shall properly take care of personal information to comply with the Personal Information Protection Law, other related laws and the guideline.

Purposes

JEXWAY has defined the purpose of use of personal information and shall use the acquired personal information within the limited extent of the defined purpose of use as stated below:

  • To make publicity, advertisement, and handouts for public relations;
  • To answer inquiries and give feedback, and reflect the information on service;
  • To select agents, contractors, and suppliers (hereinafter referred to as contractors), to conclude a contract, and to administer the contract after completion of the contract;
  • To send invitations and greetings;
  • To employ executives and employees, to administer retired employees, and to process tax and social insurance business;
  • To cope with ancillary businesses related to the above matters.

Security Control Measures

JEXWAY shall take necessary and proper security control measures to prevent from leakage, loss and damage of personal information. JEXWAY shall also supervise employees and contractors in a necessary and appropriate manner who handle personal information. The Security Control Measures for Personal Information is specified in the Personal Information Handling Regulation as a separate statement.
